Credentials 
Armando Oliva holds a California Brokers License and is President of SoCal Realty Solutions.  Armando has sold over 50 million in Real Estate sales and has helped hundreds of families with buying, selling and financing real estate.  In addition, Armando is an experienced real estate investor and local business owner.  Prior to real estate, Armando owned and operated Training Solutions, a national training company serving healthcare and corporate clients.  Armando was responsible for placing life saving AEDs (Automated External Defibrillators) in many local schools, businesses and community centers.  In 1998 Armando's company was recognized by the American Heart Association for training over 26,000 people in life saving CPR.  Armando's passion is to help clients with the sale or purchase of their most important asset and do it better than anyone else.  Armando holds a bachelor of science from Cal State University Northridge and resides in Calabasas.
